At The Raven Armoury, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy applies to the following mobile and desktop applications published by The Raven Armoury:

Our apps are designed to prioritize user privacy and operate primarily on your device. We do not collect, track, sell, or share personal data.

1. Information We Collect

Our applications run locally on your device. We do not collect personal information, usage data, analytics data, or tracking data.

For applications that allow users to enter professional, financial, or clinical information (such as Simple Invoice Maker and SIM (Session & Intake Manager)), all such data is stored locally on the user’s device. The Raven Armoury does not access, transmit, monitor, or store this data on external servers.

The only time we may receive personal information is if you voluntarily contact us for support (for example, by email). In that case, you may choose to provide information such as your name, email address, or device details.

2. How We Use Your Information

If you contact us for support, any information you provide is used only to:

Respond to your inquiry
Troubleshoot issues
Improve our apps based on user feedback

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with third parties.

3. Data Storage

All data you enter into our apps is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.

We do not store your app data on our servers.

For apps that include encryption features (such as Ark Tools):

Encryption keys and passphrases are created and managed by the user
The Raven Armoury does not store encryption keys
Encrypted data cannot be decrypted by us
Lost passphrases cannot be recovered

For applications that allow documentation of client, financial, or clinical information (such as SIM (Session & Intake Manager)), users are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security and administrative safeguards consistent with applicable professional and legal requirements.

4. Calendar Integration (SIM Only)

If you choose to enable calendar integration within SIM (Session & Intake Manager), the app may request permission to create or update calendar events on your device.

Calendar events created by SIM contain limited, non-identifying information (for example, “SIM Appointment”) and do not include clinical notes or sensitive documentation data.

Calendar data is managed by your device’s operating system and selected calendar provider (such as Apple Calendar) and is subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. In-App Purchases and Device Services

Some of our applications offer optional paid subscriptions or lifetime unlocks through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Purchases, subscription management, billing, and payment processing are handled directly by Apple and are subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Our apps may also use Apple-provided device services such as Face ID, Touch ID, or device authentication features to secure access to app content. Biometric data is processed by your device’s operating system and is not accessible to The Raven Armoury.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect any information you voluntarily share with us through secure communication methods. However, no method of electronic communication or storage is completely secure.

Users are responsible for securing their devices with appropriate passcodes, biometric authentication, and operating system updates.

7. Third-Party Services

Our apps do not use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, tracking tools, or data brokers.

We do not embed third-party tracking SDKs.

System-level services such as Apple Calendar, Apple In-App Purchases, and device authentication are provided by Apple and governed by Apple’s own privacy policies.

8. Your Rights

If you have contacted us and would like any personal information you provided to be deleted, you may request deletion by emailing:

Because our apps store data locally on your device, you may delete app data at any time by removing the app from your device.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our apps or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
