Session & Intake Manager (SIM)

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Session & Intake Manager (“SIM”) mobile application provided by The Raven Armoury (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading or using SIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. In-App Purchases & Subscription Services

SIM offers the following purchase options:

A) Monthly Subscription

Length: 1 month (auto-renewing)

B) Yearly Subscription

Length: 1 year (auto-renewing)

Pricing for Monthly and Yearly subscriptions is displayed within the app and in the App Store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

C) Lifetime (One-Time Purchase)

Lifetime is a non-consumable one-time purchase.

Pricing is displayed within the app and in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Lifetime purchases are tied to your Apple ID and may be restored using Apple’s standard restore mechanism within the app.

2. Free Trial (If Offered)

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Use of the Application

SIM is intended for professional use by licensed practitioners or authorized users.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the app complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

SIM is designed with privacy-first, local storage architecture. Users are responsible for maintaining device security and appropriate safeguards when handling sensitive information.

4. Data & Privacy

SIM stores user data locally on the device by default.

We do not collect, store, or sell personal or patient data.

SIM is a documentation and session management tool. It does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Raven Armoury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the application.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
